plankydude Member Joined: Feb 2018 Posts: 7 Tennessee	When anyone who calls in from an outside number tries to dial in a certain extension when instructed, the system states that it doesn't know what they typed. No matter what I try I continue to have the same issue. Does anyone now what I can do somewhere in programming to prevent this issue? Last edited by plankydude; 02/05/18 12:14 PM.

conxtel Member Joined: Oct 2008 Posts: 298 Alberta, Canada	What type of auto-attendant/voicemail are you using? Does it work from a landline? Do any extensions work? If you are using the UM8000 voicemail and are trying to transfer to an extension that does not have a mailbox assigned, you will hear "I'm sorry, I did not hear your selection"
