conxtel Member Joined: Oct 2008 Posts: 298 Alberta, Canada	What type of auto-attendant/voicemail are you using? Does it work from a landline? Do any extensions work? If you are using the UM8000 voicemail and are trying to transfer to an extension that does not have a mailbox assigned, you will hear "I'm sorry, I did not hear your selection"
