Curlycord: Good things to try - Thanks. I will pass that on to the Tech in charge and see if they will test for that. I was asked to come in for help (not my customer) since they could not think of anything else to do. But I agree with you - I think the version of Call Pilot is the problem.
John 807: I did check out the Services - none were programmed - and if they were it would not wait until 3 rings, services should pick up right away. BUT no I did not check out the Hunt Group for a line being programmed. Never tried that scenario - so I will have to test it. Thanks
