I have had this happen to me twice. Both times for me was going through Meraki access points and/or a Meraki router. The IT guy had to setup some sort of MAC Address table/reservations in the router. That took care of it for me. Ill try to reach out to the IT guy that helped me with this and let you know exactly what he did.
