Hi everyone, I have a site with a Toshiba CTX670 with an iES32 voicemail card installed. Recently we have been unable to access mailboxes or the voicemail system itself. The pilot number is 850 but when dialed it gives a reorder tone. Accessing it by a port directly will give for example "851 extension vacant". Powering cycling the system does no good. I have deleted all voicemail extensions and re programmed them to no avail. It looks like the shutdown light is on. Is this a bad card or anyway it can be saved?
