Thanks. Looking at the manual that makes sense. I think Elemen 14 currently = 2, and I had it at 5 at one point got really crazy results, calls were going right to the VM box of the extension that matched the CID area code. 1 should just be the trunk ID.
I'll be on site Monday morning and will try that, and mess with the DTR check boxes in the VMI System Integration tab.
