Hello all:
I use SV9100 CCIS trunk to SV9500se CCIS trunk.
CO trunk on the SV9100.
When user call in CO trunk. VRS will play message.
User direct dial number to SV9500se extension.
Question: When SV9500se extension busy/no answer. VRS can't play busy/no answer message.
Any thoughts
