This is done in MMC 414 or MMC 425 (I can't remember which one) That version of Installation tool is very old, you need to either update it or get a hold of it's replacement Officeserv device manager. The later may auto launch if you web browse to the ip of the OS7030. You will need 32bit java installed and enable popups in your browser
