I have a question regarding the samsung officeserv 7030 phone system. I am an installation technician, this is the first time I have installed this brand, it works with 2 analog lines and a Samsung DCS 6 KEYS operator station.
the operator station at number 203 it receives calls from outside but it does not display the caller's number, I have the same problem on the 2 lines, it only displays me on the first line of display 500 and on the 2nd line 701 (call on line 1) or 702 (call on line 2).
he also receives internal calls from another extension either by dialing 203 or 500 or 0
I programmed it from the samsung DCS 6 keys operator station.

I tested the following programs

transfer + 119 + 203 + 0
transfer + 119 + 203 + 1
with the following options:
RING LINE1: NO DISPLAY or CLI NUMBER FIRST or DDI NUMBER FIRST
RING LINE2: NO DISPLAY or CLI NUMBER FIRST or DDI NUMBER FIRST
CONV INCOM: CLI NAME FIRST or CLI NUMBER FIRST
TRUNK DISP: TRUNK:DIGIT or DIGIT only
TIME/COST: TIME DISPLAY

transfer +312 +203
with the options:
RCV YES SND YES
RCV NO SND NO

transfer + 405 + 701 + NUMBER OF TRUNK 1
transfer + 405 + 702 + NUMBER OF TRUNK 2

transfer + 600
I had all the numbers out of 500
1:500 2:500 ......
I changed them to 203
1:203 2:203
3:203 4:203
5:203 6:203
now it only shows me 701 without the 500 on incoming call

I also tried the 409 program.
TRANSFER +409 +701
it shows me port()
but when i change it to "LINE" or "DIAL" OR "TRK FORWARD" it doesn't change it and always stays on "PORT".
I tried to connect with the Installation tool V1.22 application I can't log in I put the address 10.0.2.10 and I changed my address to 10.0.2.11 but I can't log in I have the message "login or password wrong" I tried "xxx" the one with which I log in technician mode (MMC800) and also "xxx" .

if anyone can help me thanks in advance

By default with analogue lines caller id receive is turned off. You need to turn it on per line. This is done in MMC 414 or MMC 425 (I can't remember which one)

That version of Installation tool is very old, you need to either update it or get a hold of it's replacement Officeserv device manager.
The later may auto launch if you web browse to the ip of the OS7030. You will need 32bit java installed and enable popups in your browser

Thanks for your help
I tried only MMC425 but I have the following message:
425: card restart
NO DTRK CARD
what is a DTRK card?
I searched the internet and found that it talks about Samsung OfficeServ 4 TRK Card which expands the analog phone line capacity to 4 analog lines. It is installed on the UNI card.
the system officeserv 7030 already supports 4 analog lines
the other 414 program I have not tried.
Here is what I found in the programming manual:
[414] MPD/PRS SIGNAL
Used on a per-trunk basis to define if a Trunk line is to be either a Metering Pulse Detection (MPD) or a Polarity Reversal Signal (PRS) trunk.

I also tried to restart the system with the program 811 without erasing the memory, I always have the same message

The mmc you need is in the 400's. I can't remember the exact one. It's been a few yards since I've had to turn on cid for analogue lines.

The dtrk card is a 2bri card. I'm not sure if isdn2 are in your country.

ISDN is the digital network we call "RNIS" in my country
if I understood correctly the 2bri card is used to provide digital trunk ports and ISDN.
but I use analog line (RTC network) it does not help me all that.
here is the 425 program talking about:
[425] CID TRUNKS
Specifies an analog trunk line providing CID.
and "cid" is the analog line number? is not it ?
you find below the link to download the programming manual of the system officesev 7000 series if it can help you find the solution

Funny, nameless doesn't need a link to an Officeserv manual.Remember you are not in the same country as alot of people, mmc numbers can and are different.

First step is really to confirm with a butt set that cid is being sent by your line provider. After that it is just a matter of turning the feature on in the system.

From the manual link you posted mmc425 is where to turn it on and the associated mmc's 119 ,312 will also apply. mmc 608 will allow you to assign memory blocks for review mmc728 will allow you to add a name to a number recieved only. But that may differ from you.Find the corresponding program that matched those and you will get it working.

as I mentioned before I have already tested MMC119 AND MMC312 and the 425 program shows me the message "NO DTRK CARD" do I have to install the 2bri card?
it can't be a device problem (samsung dcs 6 keys)?
If I install a landline phone with a display (202 port for exemple) and I program it to ring on an incoming call, should it display the caller's phone number?
if so, is it the MMC4O6 ?
406 701 1 202 TRSF
406 701 2 202 TRSF

another question is that the number 500 which is displayed during a call is the ringing group number? (only the stations which belong to this group ring during an incoming call) ?
doc if so I can put
406 701 1 500 TRSF
406 701 2 500 TRSF

Did you try what I said with a butt set on the line and confirm that cid is being sent? Simple first step

The cid trunk setting is what you need to enable on each line. It will be in the 400's somewhere if it's not 425.
You don't need a 2bri card unless you have the rnis lines.

What country did you select when you setup the system?

Mmc601 is where you add/remove members from the ring groups.
500 is the default ring group.

By default they will be set to ring group 500 for all times of the day. So you shouldn't need to change it.
