I have a customer who Avaya just did an upgrade on thier Intuity voicemail (which is on a Legend). Since the upgrade the customer has notice that after 10 days all old messages are deleted. The customer was told that the upgrade had to be done cause of failing motherboards on the intuity. How do I stop the Intuity from deleting messages from the mailboxes period.Customer wants to delete the messages when s/he is ready.
