I have a ACS Rel. 7 with a voicegate Wizard with outcalling mail system behind it. Customer also uses remote call forwarding. System has only 3 lines. It has gone to sleep and must be rebooted about once a month.Have nalready replace the ACS and the trouble came back.
Thinking maybe Partner is busy and can,t find a line to get out.

I think you need to explain a bit better. What do you mean by "gone to sleep"? What needs to be rebooted?

You use two lines for remote call forwarding and your VMS is also using out calling and your doing this with only 3 lines, your problem is that you don't have enough lines, causing the (gone to sleep) and when you are doing a reboot all you are doing is clearing your lines.

how many mailboxes on the wizard dial out
if its only a few play with the waiting time
in message notification so it will retry the outcall until it gets a line
if waiting time is set to 0 it will try only once
if u have only 3 lines taking incoming /outcalling / mailbox owners calling in for messages /in house employees making calls
you better consider more lines even a back door number for the vm
if you describe your business in more detail
like # of employees/ type of business
and how you work you should receive many expert opinions and direct to move ahead
i would assume you have a 4 port wizard
