Hello. I've worked on partners some but am no expert. I have a acs rev 3 (i think) and I'm trying to get transfer return to work. Small motel with no VM. Ext 10 transfers to a room and it doesn't come back. #306 and the ext, data is that ext for example #306 ext 10 data 10...#306 ext 11 data 11. #105 is set to 4 rings. When I tested this I didn't actually have dial tone to system. Any clues?? Thanks

Make sur auto vms cover is no on. They may had vm at one time

All transfer returns should be to 10. Right now it looks like they transfer return to their extensions.

That's not what the transfer return setting does. If you set an extension's transfer return to something other than itself, that's where calls IT transfers will return to if not answered.
If I'm Ext. 17, and my transfer return is set to 11, and I transfer a call to Ext. 12, when 12 doesn't answer or cover to voice mail, the call doesn't come back to me but goes to 11 instead.
