I need to put maintenance on a 1996 switch in Centerville, Iowa. Will anyone offer a maintenance contract with 8x5 maintenance coverage. We are not in a position to change phone systems today and I cannot afford to run without maintenance any longer.
This is the only information I can give you on the system.
System was professionally installed by Avaya at time of install.
System has never had a maintenance contract.

I am looking to pay for certification and pay a monthly fee to cover a 2-year contract with access to technical assistance within a 4-hour window, 8x5. We would like to be set up with monthly invoices.
