Magix r4.0 v7.0
Mer Messaging r3.0.33

The display phones stopped showing the new/old message count on all phones (44xx's). The MWI's still work consistently on all phones.

I have reinitialized a station, deleted it from Mer Messaging and from group 30. Rebooted system, then readded to Messaging and group 30 with no success.

Since the MWI's work, I hesitate replacing the Messaging.

Any ideas?

Thanks

I have removed and readmin'd all members to group 30.
I verified the 8 ports to Mer Mssging are assigned to grp 770 and are rotary enabled.

The 8 ports in grp 770 are x5511,5512,5513,5514,7128,7129,7130,7131. The 55xx's are not in the DID range.

Any other ideas?

Thanks

I tried the above steps after looking at someone elses post from February. The only change I made was to remove three unused extensions from the Rotary enable list. The extensions were ports 9, 10, and 11 from Mer Messaging (only an 8 port system).

Problem remains.

Maybe change the group type to something other than Integrated VMI, reboot, and then put it back as Integrated VMI.

After that, I would rebuild the hunt group, its coverage, and the extensions in the coverage group. Take the extensions out of the coverage group, take the coverage group away from the VM calling group, take the VM port out of the calling group, change the hunt group back to Auto Logout. Then start all over, group type, members, coverage receiver, senders.

Good luck, let us know what happens!
