There is no active mailbox in the system, the system without voice mail has worked since early
2004. The MLX-28D,sender, shows no message after hit menu and msgs. The phone of receipent is 2500 set without LCD display

Is the extension in question assigned to a dedicated telephone line and....if so....does that line have voicemail from your local service provider :confused:

All extensions are not assigned to any dedicated telephone line. We do not have any voice mail service from Verizon. Thanks!
