Did the carrier do any "software maintenance" recently? Maybe somehow the protocol changed?

We checked the protocol. I just swapped out the T1 card, CSU, network cable, and loopback connector...no change.

They have a problem with the PRI....your clan will get screwed up due to the processor interface going haywire with the d-channel being messed up..All will clear up when the d channel gets back up and running...Get on your carrier.

So I had my vendor out and they are telling me that the 10 year old config that has worked forever is the issue. They want to sell me a bunch of boards and labor. Feeling queezy about that. Why would it being my config all of sudden????

Thanks Bob...I was on with them for about an hour with no luck. Tr Gr 3 still shows Out of Service NE. I swapped out the DS1, CSU, cable, and Loop back adapter. Made no difference. Even tried putting everything in B03 and configured it for there...no luck.
May try a Reset System 4 next...
Thank you to everyone for their input....
