Customer has a Legend Cabinet with Magix R4 processor, 1 408 MLX, 1 08 MLX, 007 VM.

Problem: Any user is making a outgoing call. Dialing a call. A incoming call drops the call before its completed. The incoming call can be answered.

Last 99 alarms. "All TTR's unaviable.
Code 0C03

I changed the 408 card because I had one with me.
The carrier checked, on site, the circuits.
I don't think the carrier is the problem. Does not happen with my headset.

Any thoughts: Processor?
Thanks
Ken

ken is this POTS lines? the error indicates that you have some bad TTR's. In that config the only TTR's you have are on the VM. Try rebooting and see what happens.

The only TTRs you have in that config are with the 007MLM. And while those VM cards are going down the tubes pretty fast (UNLESS you totally refurb them with new hard discs and TTRs), I submit that's NOT the problem. If this were truly a TTR issue, all failed calls would default to the Operator.

What you're describing sounds like an early disconnect rather than a mis-route. I'd like to know what your error log says...especially the "Last 99".
