Is there a fix out there for high side tone levels when you volume up on a 1416 phone. (In the old days we used to take the receiver apart and put cotton in it.)Thanks!

We got a large amount of 14XX's out there and haven't ran into this issue.
Might I ask where you are getting your equip from?

I didn't think there was any thing wrong with them either, but the customers allways right. So as I promised them " I,d ask around". He's not complaining about just one. But just one person is complaining if you know what I mean. Thanks for the input!
