Hi Professional guys:

How to downgrade firmware version of 1408 and 1416 phone set?

My AVAYA IPO 500 firmware version is V2 6.1(504),the existing 1403 phone set running work fine,I recent installed new phone set 1408 and 1416,fine out that after AVAYA IPO 500 reboot each time,then 1408 and 1416 LCD panel show error "Wating FW Upgrae".May I know how to solve this problem?

1408 firmware version: RE 16.0

1416 firmware version: RE 4.0

Please help that,how to downgrade firmware version of 1408 an 1416 phone set?

You should probably contact the original installation company, but look on the System tab for the file server type and address. Perhaps you only need to have Manager open when you connect the phones.
