Does anyone know what adaptor I need to access Administration programming on the legend's 8 conductor jack? I have an USB to 9 pin male but can't seem to convert that to the right 8 conductor for administration. Any help greatly appreciated!

Avaya/Lucent/ATT/whatevertheyarecalledthisweek has an 8P8C to DB25 adapter...procure that and a USB to DB25 adapter (instead of USB to DB9) and you should be all set. I don't have the part number for their adapter right off hand, but I can get it if your provider can't.
