Maybe you could run the monitor and capture data and try to replicate the problem. I love that call monitor, it shows everything.

Had the same problem with the same system, had the customer show me. It turned out that they were dialing hands free on speaker phone and what was actualy happening is that the dialing was being muted through the speakerphone. Yhe dtmf was being sent they just could'nt hear it. showed them that pressing mute and then dialing fixes this and when party answers press mute again to open mike up.
