Will the Tapi in IPO 500V2 work with Microsoft Exchange Server without the need of 1X portal? I have a potential new customer who wants the ability to click on a name in his MS Exchange server and dial that person when the phone number appears.
I know I can do this thru Outlook without the need of 1X but not sure if I can do this through Microsoft Exchange? The customer does not have his Business Contacts in Outlook at this time.

Just download the TAPI drivers that are on teh user cd. But this has nothing to do with Exchange, it is installed on the pc, so its installed on Outlook.
