Have a new 500 V2, which is working fine. Has 2 DSMs, PRI, Combo and analog card. All work good. Add the new DSM 16 to any of the expansion ports. System sees the system, builds the extensions and users, but phones live in please wait. Taking working phone off main chasis, same issue, so not a set firmware issue I dont believe as the sets on the core are already done. In Upgrade shows my version is 10-18 just like everything else and 500 at 8-18. HELP... PLEASE
Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol

Make sure you set up your TFTP server. The phones need an upgrade, and arent getting it.
If you dont know or what TFTP is, or if you have one, go in the system tab and set the TFTP server IP to the pc where Manager is. Click help for the correct settings.

Some DSM needs to be downgraded to V3_2_99 then upgraded to same release as IPO. Don't know why but it fixed most of my DSM trouble . V3_2_99 should be in the PC Manager folder .
