I have a key voice the AA works good but when transfers the calls to ext. they ring then fall back to the Operator and its all ext. also when the Operator transfers a call it will come back instead of going to the voice mail box. It all looked ok in the voice mail blind transfers in all box's. Any thoughts about this.

It might be just me, but I'm not able to understand the scenario. Could you elaborate on the problem :confused:

Your transfer recall time is shorter than the timer for fwd no answer to voice mail.

Check to see if the VMS Cover group is configured properly.
