Do you program this with your laptop? If you do then just go to Form 02---Feature Access Codes. Call forwarding (about 4 or 5 different types) are like code 02,03,04,05 etc---but the access codes are different for every system---and are set up by the installer or programmer.
Do you have a console --Super Console 1000?
Do you have a console/attendant manual? Usually the person who runs the console knows how to delete call forwarding from analog sets. Try this from the console--
Press Function
Press Att Function
Press Stations
Dial the number of the extension for which you want to cancel Call Forwarding
Press (Call Fwd)
Press (Internal)
Press (Cancel)
Press (Exit)
