Hi - I am trying to restrict 1-411 calls on two admin. phones but I'm still a little green on the COS/COR setups. Can someone please point me to a config reference in the Mitel docs, or just let me know what I need to program -
Mitel SX200 LW17
Thanks for any advice -
Rich

Toll restriction can be tricky on a sx200d. There is a section in the manual that covers this. If there is any current restrictions settings try & copy what is going on there.

Thanks,

d or el, they program the same. Do you have a modem on your system? A good tech could do it remotely for you.

the key to remember is that the cor number in the extension form is associated with the COR form. the COR number in that form is what determines the restricions in ARS.
i can't remember right offhand if it is restricted or allowed if the extension COR number is in the COR form. you will have to look it up or experiment.
