I currently use a Mitel Superset 4025. I shear my phone with another co-worker but we have seperate voice mail boxes. The "message" light is flashing but I nor the co-worker have a new or old message. How do I clear this?

Try this. Press the Message Key, press Erase, press Superkey to exit.
It could be a message from another user.

The is no "erase" key on my phone. The only options I have after I press the "message" key are "Yes" (at the left) & "No" (at the right) under "CALL ME BACK?". Is there a way to add the erase option to my phone?

There is not a soft key that is labeled erase on my phone. However, the flashing light & message went away. I had a new voice mail, after listening to the message and deleting, the message light quit flashing and the "messages" display went away. Problem has been resolved. Thank you for the quick response on addressing my issue.

The Erase key shows up when you press Yes then More.

On my phone, when I push messages, then Yes, then More, my only options are "Call" on the middle soft key & "Again" on the Right soft key. Erase does not come up.

What do you get when you press More twice?

I don't have the option to press More twice. Once I press more, "Again" takes its place. When I press "Again", "More" comes back. The message just goes back and forth between "More" & "Again".

hit the call button to make sure that it was truly voicemail that sent the message, superset phonse are capable or sending messages to other parties that you call, in other words someone could have hit the wrong key and sent you a message, since this a different source than voice mail the vm system might not be able to clear the message.

hitting the call button will call the person back and it should clear when they answer(if i remember correctly) the only time this is not the case is if the message was sent from the attendant console where they have to physically hit the clear button. you might have to do this a couple of times.
