Working with customer who has old SX200 digital (two cabinets) with G1005 ENH software that is old too.
I know that "911 notification" is not a feature of this software, but ---is there anything I can program to give this customer some kind of notification when a guest has dialed "911"? I know that a new switch would fix him right up, but am trying first for a less expensive route. Any suggestions? Thanks in Advance.

I do this at a couple of different sites but it does it takes a dedicated co line. Connected to the co line is a device that senses the call, reads what ext. made the call, & rings a buzzer. Other buttons allow listening in or breaking into the conversation. They work very well. Made by a company called Wren Comm. https://www.wrencom.com/main.html

try this site. https://www.teltronics.com/products_services/ers/tes_sts.asp i installed a box on co side of a 200 light for 911 notify, i think it was one of the teledent systems. i beleive there was some programming in ars to send the extension number out on the trunk for the unit to capture, it had a remote unit that sat at the front desk that would alarm and display the extension number responsible for the call.
