Who is powering the system back up? Is it the cust? removing the cov cards and the ls/gs cards first, then power up and see if the bps still functions. If it does you have a faulty card, 99% of the time it's an ons card problem, but you may have a cov doing the same. Then with a good bps plug back in cards one at time and watch the ps.
