Anyone ever had a problem with ring back 10 seconds after the phone is Hung up on an sx50. This problem is just happening on one extention. At first I thought maybe it was the wiring but have recently ruled that out by testing at the 66 block. Any info would help. Thanks

SX-50's suffer from ring trips(loss of a relay,that controls that port) like all the other Mitels. But to be sure, swap cards w/a known good & see if the problem follows the card. Hope this helps.

Also check the cos of the ring back sta with working one. Can't remember the option for phantom ring, something like last party clear dial tone. Gettin' old
