This may be a bit late but if you already have a SX200 PBX chances are the "Interconnect Card" is already there and Im assuming that your not getting any ouput from the RS232 port located on this card? If that is the case all you need to do is replace the "Quad Line driver 1488" chip on this card and you used to be able to get this chip at Radio Shack for $1.95. Here in Florida in the Summer we usually change 10-20 out and its a lot cheaper than buying a whole new interconnect card and I recommend if you have to chage it buy a socket and put a socket in there so next time you can just plug a chip in it...
