I usually use an Active Voice Repartee w/ digital integration. If you go w/ an analog VM there is a lot more setup on the Mitel side.

Most 3rd party voice mail systems you come accross will support the Mitel Systems. Your choices becomes integration types. ONS, DNIC or COV. I'd stick with DNIC if you can.
But if you're looking for suggestions as to which ones to buy, Mitel (of cource) AVT, Active Voice. All good products.
You'll probably find a ton of lesser known 3rd party units so then it boils down to the dealers in your area, how stable they are and your budget.

i'm not familiar with mitel coz i've been working with nortel. but i can roughly get the idea......it looks like it should be working fine with OCTEL or REDtone, just the integration part need to be determined?
