I have an 200EL LW19 and the PRI is down, so far all day today. I have had the PRI card pulled and re-inserted, still the PRI is down. I'm guessing the telco is to blame, we have a ticket open. I don't want to reset the whole system.
Is there way to hook up a modem to the system to trap the major alarm and call or page me if a major alarm occurs?

Form 18 has some lines for minor & major alarms, I haven't ever used them. But I guess they could notify a analog port forwarded to a number.

The ther are alarm contacts available on the MOH/Paging module that can close a circuit. But this will go for any alarm minor and major. It would have to be connected to some other alarm reporting device though.

An alarm dialler like those used for security would work.
