We have recently installed a new VW system, and it cannot learn the hangup tone. Any of you guys know what the value is?

I got a reply on this from Active Voice
"Try altering the TimeOn setting for Admin Console>Switch>Switch
Settings>Switch Tone>Dial Tone. It's probably set to 2000ms. If
that's the case, we should get better trimback at 1750 or 1500 or even 1000 (although that's a little low)."
