is it possible to authorize/disconnect an extention from the sx100 console to prevent the extension from being used until you reconnect it? if not, is it possible to monitor call times for billing purposes?

you should be able to set up a SMDR printer, look inside the cabinet for a 25 pin db25 seriel connecter.
