Haven't touched a Mitel in years... Anyone care to instruct me on programming the system to enable external MOH? I'm told they had MOH but it stopped working. They also claim nothing has ever been plugged into the MOH port. So, I'm guessing it was internal. Haven't been to the site yet as it's 45 minutes away. Would like to be prepared in advance! There is no internal Music on Hold for SX20 ,I have installed at least 50 over the years and none of them had internal music, Generics 400,500,503. It comes out on the Miscellaneous block as I remember, It is programmed in System options 100 as I remeber If you need me to look up the program ,I can look it up this evening,I still have books for Generic 500,503.

Gene, Thanks for replying! As usual, turns out the information I had second hand, but originating from the customer was incorrect... Surprise, surprise, surprise! This is a subcontract situation for one of the MOH equipment/custom production companies. When I was finally able to speak with the customer directly, I uncovered that the former MOH situation was in fact external, which made more sense. Apparantly, the external source had stopped functioning. Prior to speaking with the customer directly, I was being told the customer stated there was no external source and nothing plugged into the MOH input. I was trying to do some advance "homework" in preparation to install the new MOH company's equipment and unfortunately, as I previously stated, this customer is a distance from us (actually about an hour's drive not 45 minutes as previously posted).
