We are purchaseing an aditional pack of teleworker Licenses. How do I go about installing them. We are running a SX-200 ICP Phone System with a 6010 Teleworker Solution.

Thanks,
Keith

Hey man from what i remember you can purchase your additional license as required at the AMC website, think it's order products and then you will enter the site ID number.
They should then be available for downloading when Mitel prcess the order.
You can view all available downloads in your AMC account anyway.
Any probs and you can gimme a shout back, i'll try to help as much as possible.

What do you think of the TW solution ?, let me know your thoughts the product and support and ease or unease of installation.

We currently use a company called EZ-Tel for our Mitel system. We purchase the pack through them. They told us that we can install the aditional pack ourselves or pay them. I went through the Teleworker's web managment page and couldn't find anything that hints to where or how to install them.

In regards to the Teleworker Solution, I was not here when it was installed. I just started here about a month ago. But from what work I have had to do with it, I think that it is great. We havent had any problems at all with our entire system.

Thanks for all the help,

Keith

Do you have a Mitel AMC account number and log on details ?.
If not ask your provider for these details and i can talk you through the process, or you will need to let them order and you can download the available licences or they will automatically appear on your server when processed via the AMC in Canada.

When we purchased them they installed themselves. Apparently the system went through an update and it now downloads any new licenses automaticly.

Thanks for all the help.
