customer has a two cabient sx200 lightware 15

digital controll cabinet , analog station and trunks in second cabinet.

. I know we need to forward busy and ring no answer to the VM hunt group (777) but where do we specify that .

we did get it to go to 777 but it just goes to the main vm greeting and not to the extension mailbox.

I set this up orginally several years ago and there inhouse guys have been handling it since ,

I dont do a lot of mitel and would appreciate any guidence .

The ons integration on the mitel requires you to forward the phone to a system speed dial bin that has the hunt group access number, some pause(s), integration info, maybe more pause(s). i.e. 777*9*6***9 (where 777 is the hunt group, *9 is a 1 second pause, *6 is the extension, ** is a single *, *9 another 1 second pause).

I rember now we had it pointed to speed dial bin 200 as I recall.

the manualS are one site but im prety sure that I have the string noted in there , I just needed the memory boost
