I am stuck is there a way to Call Foward to 2 Cell Phones at the same time in a Call Foward Always condition? The System is a Mitel SX-2000 LW 32 with a MN6510 UM Voicemail.

No , not with call fwd always . Have your cell phone provider place the 2 numbers in a call group and then cfa to the call group number .
