We are looking for a good call accounting program. we have used Xiox in the past and Mitel's MDR was not able work with our configuration. Any suggestions? I saw another thread with Tapit and another company, but didn't know if they would work with a mitel system. we are using SX2000 over 8 different locations locally all linked via PRI's.

We have had good results with Tapit on various systems, even Centrex SMDR. The price is reasonable and their support is good.

We use Genesis, and also Cash. They work well for us. There are so many out there, just look for the best tech support you can get in your area.

TEL electronics make a good little box, the INNForm XL, fairly cheap, but you need to have all of your parameters when you order it (baud/parity in and out, rate tables, smdr format in, PMS format out).
you can reconfigure later, but you'll lose all your hard work if the lights go out.
