We are setting up a fax machine for one of our guests off the PBX. In Form 14 the Day/N1/N2 are set to the stations extension so calls that come in are directed to it which works great, but how can we set it up so outbound calls from that extension always use that trunk. The main reason to do this is so the line used to call out and show busy rather than have it ring off the hook until the station hangs up.
Thanks Much... -Chris

Put both in the same tenant, and make sure that the programmed tenants' can only talk to their tenant. i.e use the tenat interconnect table.

Sorry forgot to mention i'm on an SX200 with LW18.
and thanks for the quick replies...
for the ARS option, i would need to give them a new leading digit? or is there a more elegant transparent way?
the ideal thing would be if they had a psudo outside dialtone that was attached to that one trunk. as to have the best of both worlds, transparent to them and 100% controllable and trackable via smdr.
Thanks!

No need for different leading digit with tenanting.
