You're loggong into the "Maintenance" side of the system, when you need to be logging in to the "CDE" portion.

Not to sound like a SA , but if all else fails . Read the manual first . It really does help . Formulate your game plan then proceed . I hope this BOA helps . wink

Hey guys thanks to all of you who replied even those who suggested reading the manual. I hate to feel like I have to qualify myself in order to ask for help but when I get a "read the manual" reply it ticks me off so here goes...
I am 38 now and started installing KSU's when I was 19. 1A2's were the flavor most chosen. Then SL1's. After that it was more of a who has the regional market shares than brand name dominance as to what we installed. Hitachi, Comdial, telrad, Nortel, AT&T, a little Mitel later on in the 80's. But let me assure you I have read my share of manuals there hasnt always been tech forums. So I ask you is it really even worth a post if all you are going to say is I dont mean to sound like a "SA" but read the manual and just to let you know that when people say not to sound like a SA but... that is the biggest cop out because that is precisely what you are trying to sound like. In all actualality you could say "read the manual" to every post, why pick mine?

So the big ? is......... did ya git 'er done? And OBTW, if you are 105 then I must be 205, or else I didn't age very gracefully. Or is the pic 60+ years old?
Seriously, Tip_Ring, did you accomplish the task? If not, e-mail me and lets get it done. John
