On a 2000Light system, we have a site which has a dial in number for outside users to check their VM. We set a speedcall of that number to the VM pilot number and it works fine. But, each morning, the system suddenly answers then disconnects the users calling in on that line until we commit a LOAD command on that DNI card. Once we do that, it clears.
We think it may have something to do with ACT switch occuring each night (it is a redundant system.) We checked with FILE ST RED, and the system shows that the file system is in SYNCH. What else could we look for to see what may be causing this to happen? Internally, all VM calls are working just fine.

Roll your VM dnic card with another one . Also make sure all your VM ports do not share the same card and are in circular hunt not terminal !
