I went to a site today that has sx-2000 with 2 PRI circuits. It is a very large Hotel with alot of conference rooms. One room has Video conferencing with 3 BRI circuits, with 3 dedicated DID numbers, setup off the phone system. They also have IP but some of there customers are still running ISDN.

They are using Polycom equipment for the ISDN. We setup the SPID's and the phone numbers for each channel. The 3 BRI circuits pop up right away GREEN on the modem, and it always stay GREEN.
But on the TV screen it also has 3 lights that show the status of the 3 channels. They keep going up and down, red then green for 10 seconds then red for 3 seconds.
Because the modem stays green, I don't think it is a phone system problem. But I have never dealt with video conferencing and I am not that familiure with the 2000. I know the 3300 but I have very little experience with the 2000.
I think it is the polycom equipment

Did you check with the PRI carrier and see if the lines are provisioned to pass data. I have the same type of set up here and had a problem at first trying to get it to work. We could call internally from video equipment to video equipment but could not get out of our network until we made some changes with our vendor that carries the PRI lines.

So many issues so little time!

thanks guys, I checked with the telco provider, and they are full 64Kb/s voice/data PRI lines.
They are also the long distance carrier for them.
I checked all the programming and all looks OK.
I did notice 2 things. In the data circuit descriptor the ESF was not turned on & in the COS the trunk to trunk DPNSS option was not on.
I do not know whether or not those changes made it better or worse yet.
I will find out tommorow and I might take you up on your offer OBTW.!
