My second stupid question for the day:
I had to replace the laptop I use for programming our SX-200 systems after another tech dropped it from a ladder (don't ask). The new laptop runs Windows 2000 and for some reason the arrow keys do not get recognized by the mitel. All of the screen look great and I can navigate around using the softkeys, but scrolling up and down on the forms doesn't work.
I have Hyperterm in VT100 mode, and choose VT100 mode on the mitel maint screen. What am I missing? Or can someone send me the .ht file they use for connecting?
