Plugboard Member Joined: Aug 2003 Posts: 14	Have a customer who wants the SX-20 SMDR grace timer shortened from 30 to 15 seconds... do not see any registers in the book where one can change this...any ideas if that is possible? Thanks Much! Tracy

Gene Member Joined: Nov 2002 Posts: 632 Corpus Christi,Texas	I think you will find that parameter in the call accounting system. most all the selectable mitel parameters are in 601 ,If memory serves,i beleieve registers 7&8 ,maybe something in message registration it has been a while.
