Have a customer who wants the SX-20 SMDR grace timer shortened from 30 to 15 seconds... do not see any registers in the book where one can change this...any ideas if that is possible? Thanks Much!

I think you will find that parameter in the call accounting system. most all the selectable mitel parameters are in 601 ,If memory serves,i beleieve registers 7&8 ,maybe something in message registration it has been a while.

You definitely want to use the timer built into the call accounting system. Using the supervision parameters in the SX20 will cause you more headaches than it's worth.

Control it through our call accounting software . Much easier , takes about 20 seconds . Right Ed . Love Ya Ed buddy ! You to Trace , JB , RFB , Merritt , Hal and GS the Most .
