We have 2 of the Mitel Superset 4150 phones and the customer we have needs them to be version 6.4 or higher.
What's the easiest way to identify the version on these phones? Is it on the phone's label or is there a chip that I should look for in the phone?

It is in maintenance, I think under system version? I don't have a system up right now but it will give you the version. You can also update them through this screen if you need to.

Unfortunately I am in the same situation, we don't have a system up that we can check the versions on these phones. That is why I was hoping there was a way to identify the phones without powering them up.

Since the firmware is upgradable, I would think it is hard to tell unless you plug them into a system.

The phones can be upgraded (by the system) to match the revision that's available. So why would the current revsion be important, since they can be upgraded by the system they're plugged in to??
