I am having a really hard time with this and dont know why!!Ive got a universal card with a moh module. I've went through programming over and over.Back ground music works and if you call the front desk from a room moh works.If you call in from the outside and get put on hold DEAD AIR,any ideas on what im missing thanks Jayman!!

If you have an SX200El/ML, and the ports your testing with are in seperate bays, your dual/triple carriers are mis-configured in form 4.

Didnt think of that!I have tried DMP,Universal card and today tried ons port.All with the same results.Using lightware 19 feature 4. I will look at the configuration of form 04 Monday.Thanks for the reply. Jayman

If using a DMP you only need form 19 not 19 and 18. delete stuff from form 18 and use forms 9 and 19 only. and don't forget the options 71 and 72.
