I agree, completely, with Telephoneguy. As I wrote in my first post in this thread, you really need to have the Telephone Service person, who was there last, come back and help you out. The Mitel is a workhorse and can be quite forgiving, however, you can cause the system to crash if you don't know what you are doing.
